As an additional option to Denplan Care we offer Denplan Essentials. Being registered with Denplan Essentials is more cost effective than paying as you go for your check ups and hygienist visits and on top offers you a number of additional benefits.

Check ups

Denplan Essentials is an easy set-up maintenance plan.

You pay a monthly fee covering a number of treatments, including dental check-ups, dental hygiene visits and dental x-rays decided based on your risk status.

You don’t need to be dentally fit to start the plan.

Hygienist visits

“Prevention is better than cure”. Denplan Essentials covered preventive oral health advice, to help stop dental problems before they start.

At each appointment your dentist will be able to advise you on the best oral hygiene routine to ensure that you keep your teeth in best possible condition between visits.

Routine bitewing x-rays

Bitewing x-rays show the crowns of your molar and premolar teeth and the height of the bone between your teeth, aiding in the diagnosis of cavities and gum disease. The frequency of these xrays is based on your risk status and will be discussed by your dentist.

Additional Discounts

With a fixed monthly fee, you can easily budget for your ongoing dental treatment and avoid unplanned expenses.

You will receive additional 10 % discounts of all fee per item treatments excluding implants, referral services, orthodontics.

External trauma cover

Traumatic dental injuries often occur as a result of an accident or sports injury. The majority of these injuries are minor – chipped teeth.

It’s less common to dislodge your tooth or have it knocked completely out but these injuries are more severe. Treatment depends on the type, location and severity of each injury.

Regardless of the extent of the injury, your tooth requires immediate examination by a dentist or an endodontist. Sometimes, your neighboring teeth suffer an additional, unnoticed injury that can only be detected by a thorough dental exam.

Worldwide Coverage

Dental treatment provided at the initial emergency appointment urgently required for the relief of severe pain, arrest of haemorrhage, the control of acute infection or a condition which causes a severe threat to your general health.
